    Sriracha

    They've been making the hot sauce there for years. It's just a problem now?

    Yea, it's definitely getting more popular. I can see the need for expansion.

    Perhaps a few charcoal filters when they are processing? It only happens once a year.

    Kind of like on The Simpsons when Marge said Homer liked to put Shake 'N Bake in his coffee.

    Now this is funny. From the comments sections of the article:

    They should move the plant to Winnipeg.

    @felici

    Good point, it could only improve the smell there...

    Winnipeg? Smells nice there. Try Abbotsford, BC certain times of the year. Especially the mushroom farms--they are a bit better now, but there was a time when the smell would knock you on your ass. And then there's good old Brooks, Alberta, home of the biggest slaughterhouse in Canada. luvly.

    Brooks? Yay. Turn off all vents as you're driving through or the puking shall ensue. What a disgrace that place is. Nice way to advertise the province to any outsiders driving past on the TC.

    I remember some Newfoundlanders workgin at the plant trying to pick up my wife (then fiancee) at the pub in Brooks. My finacee asked what they did at the slaughterhouse. They said they ripped out the backbones. My finacee asked "Oh, what kind of sound does that make?"

    Once you get used to the smell of melted hog fat you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.

    I'm fairly certain that the death penalty should be brought back for whatever bureaucrats and politicians signed off on building a mega-slaughterhouse less than a kilometer from the national highway. Like I said it's a fucking disgrace to the entire province.
