    For gawd sakes, approve SOMETHING! The last time that the Navy got new helicopters, Lester Pearson's government was in power!

    EH-101 ... and do a fly-by over Shawinigan when they're delivered!

    Is there a reason they can't just buy something already of the dam drawing board?!? There are lots of other militaries out there flying and they are NOT in 50 year old TXed birds.

    It's a travesty that these choppers are 5 years overdue and the penalty is only $88million!

    Still, this looks like a step in the right direction - let's cancel this contract and get something, anything else!

    I wouldn't mind the EH-101 being bought. It's what we should have had in the first place.

    The MHP will have come full circle.

    We're swallowing our own tail ... similar to the sort of thing that Svend "attack helicopter" Robinson did when he lobbied so hard to get the original contract cancelled. He swallowed something, anyway.
