I don't care what changes they make, they just need to do something to get these programs going again. These delays are brutal!
I'm not holding my breath. It seems it really doesn't matter who's in power, the military is never a priority for politicians. But I will add that if the NDP were to ever get a chance to run the country we might look back at current procurement timings and wonder how they managed to make purchases so quickly!

Don't procure anything, except maybe 65,000 blue helmets. They'll probably be able to hold on to their small arms, but ammunition will be in limited supply.
