Justin Trudeau enlists retired general Andrew Leslie

Justin Trudeau has welcomed retired general Andrew Leslie as a member of his newly formed advisory council on international affairs, but Leslie says he hasn't decided whether he will seek a Liberal nomination to run in the next election.
