Four members of the Canadian military have been charged with drug-related offences following an investigation by the Force's National Investigation Service.

    Nope. Had a friend who was the CBM on one of the old destroyers years ago and came to work one day only to be informed by the POOD that his entire dep't from the MS down was in jail for drugs. 8O

    I got to arrange all the court martials which was a pain in the ass. So nope drugs aren't new. They were there when I joined in the 60's and are, if anything even worse now with the introduction of all the harder drugs.

    Not just ships. When we got to Comox in 86 the Supply department almost every one was under arrest. They where using military supply lines and had someone on almost every other base to ship to.
