Tokyo wins 2020 Olympics

Tokyo will host the 2020 Olympic Games. The Japanese capital beat out Istanbul, Turkey in the final round of voting Saturday afternoon. Madrid was eliminated in the first round of voting at IOC meetings in Buenos Aires.
