New satellite imagery shows North Korea is conducting major new construction to expand facilities at a launch site from where it fired a rocket into orbit last December, a U.S. research institute said Friday.

    Dang I kind of figure it is a new concert site. Play your music and if the leader does not like it the machine guns roar and mortars fall.
