The prime minister and thousands of other mourners attend Bury Parish Church for the military funeral of Fusilier Lee Rigby, who was killed in Woolwich in May.

if it had been the other way around and a radical Muslim had been hacked to death by a British soldier, somewhere on the streets of say, Cairo, it would set off a bloodbath that would have gone on for months.
