Excellent article. Canadians fought and died in many battles that still remain unheralded. Lest we forget.

My old Scout master (when I was a kid) fought with the Van Doos in the Italian campaign ... the "D-Day Dodgers" they called themselves. Anyway, after years of war there and later in Korea, he NEVER "roughed it" when we want camping!
