Amanda Knox is not going back to Italy. Just because those morons allow prosecutors to try people over and over again for the same crime doesn't mean we do.

New Delhi: The Italian government has reportedly refused to send four of its marines to appear as witnesses for questioning in the ‘Enrica Lexia’ case in which two of its marines are facing trial for killing of Indian fishermen.
India had formally requested the presence of four other marines to be questioned by National Investigation Agency (NIA), as per a news report.
The statements of the four marines are important as they were also on board at the time of incident. The Indian government is now looking at the possibility of deposition with the help of video-conferencing, the report states.
The marines, Massimiliano Latore and Salvatore Girone, are being tried in India for the murder of two Indian fishermen off the coast of the Kerela on February 15, last year.
Francesco Schettino, the captain of the shipwrecked Italian cruise liner Costa Concordia, has requested a new plea bargain after an earlier try failed.
His lawyers said he offered to serve three years and five months in jail in exchange for a ruling that he was only partially responsible for the disaster.
I'm just dying to hear who else is supposed to be responsible.
Multiple manslaughter and abandoning ship charges, 20 years possible.
After entering plea bargains, the five defendants - Indonesian helmsman Jacob Rusli Bin, naval officers Ciro Ambrosio and Silvia Coronica, on-board hotel director Manrico Giampedroni and Roberto Ferrarini, director of the Italian cruise company's crisis unit - face jail sentences of between a year-and-a-half and two years and 10 months.

They never should have handed the Marines over to India in the first place. What a cluster*ck that situation is.
