That's what pissed me off about Gitmo and the military tribunals. If those bastards at Gitmo, including our little buddy Omar Khadr, had been tried in a US federal court all of them probably would have been Supermaxed for life by now. Thank's to the Gitmo debacle all they're getting is an indefinite detention that ends up in inevitable release. Not that it was the worst of their screw-up but by favouring Gitmo over the US court system the Bush Admin really botched it.
