Massachusetts investigators have developed what they call "mounting evidence," bolstered by "forensic hits," that point to the possible involvement of both Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his younger brother Dzhokhar in a gruesome, unsolved triple homicide in 2011,

    To bad Massachusetts abolished the death penalty in 84 because they have a candidate that I think a lot of people would approve of using it on. :x

    I'm sure the US Federal government can take over the case for execution, for *insert jurisdictional reason here*

    The Supermax prison that asshole's going to trapped in for the rest of his life will make the death penalty look mericiful in comparison. And he'll deserve every horrible second of it.

    That's what pissed me off about Gitmo and the military tribunals. If those bastards at Gitmo, including our little buddy Omar Khadr, had been tried in a US federal court all of them probably would have been Supermaxed for life by now. Thank's to the Gitmo debacle all they're getting is an indefinite detention that ends up in inevitable release. Not that it was the worst of their screw-up but by favouring Gitmo over the US court system the Bush Admin really botched it.
