are these the same members that won't enforce the law when it comes to Indians?
oooo yes, hard question I know. Granted some of these allegations are likely ludicrous and I do believe 99% of the police are honest and make decisions based on available information...well most of the time.
Same thing in Winnipeg or Regina recently. "Da evil white man took me on a starlight tour" "so how come the GPS in the squad car doesn't show it leaving the area?" Bada Bing.
uuu be care there andyt, the Saskatoon cops DID take a guy on a ride and dump him out of town. Those officers were found guilty if my memory serves, so..a little bit of consideration.
I agree ShepherdsDog..but...it's those 'fragile' Indians we talking about now. You know the same nomadic peoples that KILLED everything and everyone they encountered. Yes those same peaceful, innocent victims.

That was some time ago. Thougt it was Winnipeg actually, and was a common practice at one time til one of the victims froze to death. Now we seem to be getting a spate of bullshit claims. Just like all the native women in northern BC claiming to have been raped/abused by the cops, but none of them have filed a complaint. What are the cops supposed to do if you won't come forward with the allegation?
"ShepherdsDog" said we had that happen on Halloween when I was in high school. There was no stink or inquest over the cops doing it to white kids.
Yeah they did it to a friend of mine. With me, they just beat the crap out of me when I was around 16 and left me there bleeding. Probably precipitated by the fact that I took a swing at one. Still, the scars healed and I learned a valuable lesson--don't provoke the cops; you are never, ever going to win. Wish I had have applied the lesson to bar bouncers too. Had to learn that one separately.

I do agree with your comment, while I never had this type of experience with the police I do see it as a 'learning' experience. I guess I may be somewhat bitter at the general nature of society is turning as in towards, 'everyone wins', 'there are no losers' political correct BS. Sometimes a kid just needs a good smack, it may not be in fashion today but it did seem to work for ooo I don't know, GENERATIONS before???
