    Call it for what it is. Crime and corruption are worse in majority-black cities because black urban voters keep electing the worst slime, like Kilpatrick, from their communities. If they voted better, and got out of that ignorant "screw whitey" mindset too many of them are stuck in, all of them would be much better for it.
