Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder said Friday he has declared a financial emergency in Detroit, a determination that could lead to the appointment of an emergency manager over the city's finances.

    Instead of rolling over and admitting they are a bunch of irresponsible fuck ups,

    watch the Mayor's office spend lots of money fighting this tooth and nail. :)

    I give Mayor Bing credit, he actually understands that Detroit is a disaster, and has been trying to deal with it.

    Detroit City Council will begin the cries of "RACIST!!!1!!ONE1!" when they whore themselves to the media on Monday.
