This is probably the worst attempt so far by the Harperites to appear to be doing something about anything.

The bill would also change copyright infringement from a civil dispute to a breach of criminal law.

Is that what we really need in this day and age of increasing policing costs that Vic is so worried about? Cops kicking in doors looking for downloaders?

Strong language - Not workplace appropriate, but funny as heck.

Bad management.
