I'm not sure I get the outrage here.

People asking for a new store to be opened closer to where they spend a lot of their time. While a new location would take some of the older location's business, most likely overall business would increase due to more people buying due to the shorter transit time.

What's with all the hate for the people asking for another store?

I doubt I could spend more than 13 min driving from one TH location to another in most cities. In a place where most people walk that seems like a reasonable suggestion. If you look at the map you can see that the current two locations are something like 250m apart. If 1km is an accepted distance to walk then logicaly one of the current locations should close.

Also no one cares about facebook likes.

The closest Tim from here is a 15 minute walk, Xort... I should start a Facebook page to get one next door too.

If you want. It's not like it takes much investment of effort, time or money to do it.
