But, my guess would be that given her lax sentence she'll end up in front of another mageistrate before before long anyway and maybe this time she'll be able to add vehicular homicide to her resume.

I think that's the maximum fine and sentence for a first time offender without causing an accident. I believe his reference to the penitentiary was implied if she hurt or killed someone.

Better luck would be a toe tag.
