A woman and her boyfriend have been arrested in the U.S. after police found an 8-year-old developmentally disabled girl locked in a wooden cage while the rest of the family went to a movie.

    Ok news today is jut horrible. First a kid being held down to get a tatoo and now this.

    Makes me thankful the worst I got growing up was the wooden spoon. :P
