Anyone want a new career preying on the innocent that pays well and guarantees judicial immunity? Why not try smuggling humans into Canada. No muss no fuss no pesky criminal charges. It's easy and pays well.

This would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Sorry, I accidently put this in business when it should have gone into the funny section. So, could one of the Admins put it where it belongs.

Really? The people who try to sneak in here are innocent, it's all those dirty snakeheads that make them come?

The decision comes two weeks after Justice Arne Silverman struck down a section of Canada’s human smuggling law.

Lawyers for the Crown and the defence agreed the B.C. Supreme Court judge should quash the charges after the earlier ruling that the law against human smuggling was unconstitutional.

There's one born every minute. And some of us aren't so innocent, but get something out of letting these people in as well - from politicians on down.
