Quebec and Ontario top Canada's health care rankings

With all the complaining I hear in Québec, I'm surprised we're on top of that list.

If I need emergency care I go to Ottawa now, I don't even bother with Hospitals in Quebec anymore. I had a break out of shingles over the weekend. I was in and out of ER in Ottawa in 4 hours. If I went to a Hospital here, it would of been at least a 24hr wait. Over the holidays because of the flu at one point they annouced a 72 hour wait time.

P.S. Don't worry Ontario Taxpayers they send the bill to the Quebec government. I asked.

If Ontario is in one of the top two spots I honestly dread what the other provinces are like.
