Charges for growing pot against a B.C. man convicted of feeding two dozen black bears have been thrown out of court.

But Piche?s lawyer and the Civil Forfeiture office?s director have come to an agreement that allows him to keep his property ? as long as he doesn't grow pot or feed bears on it.
