Every year, why do people do this and why do they have access to guns?

Another patriot going all NRA to express his anger at the government? Or was he yelling out "Good eatin'! Good eatin'!" over and over again at the patrons of the food court as he took revenge on the New York Fries kiosk for dissin' his fries?

I'm amazed this shit even makes the news anymore. Most other types of daily occurrences of stupidity or evil don't.

FFS if the right to bare arms is so important to you, wear a short sleeved shirt already. if you have issues with someone punch them , don't go shooting into holiday shopping crowds. Fuckin' loser thinks doing shit like this will get him the attention he figures he deserved, but never got in life.

Because the second amendment gives everyone the right to murder random people with the greatest of ease.

ABC's is reporting that no shots were fired by law enforcement.

This makes me think this was a suicide who decided to take a few with him.

EDIT: CNN showed video of a press conference where police confirmed the shooter died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

It's still too early to tell if the gunman planned to commit suicide before entering the mall.

And then to take out themselves so that they do not have to face the possibility of punishment...
