A Dutch court has rejected a lawsuit filed by Royal Dutch Shell PLC against Greenpeace International seeking to ban environmentalists from holding protests against the oil company's Arctic drilling program on or near Shell property.
Shell should be able to have them thrown off the property for trespassing... but according to this Dutch court as long as they aren't trespassing for more than an hour, it's all cool.

Were I Dutch I'd go over to Judge Marcel van Oosten's house and protest in his living room...but only for an hour.
Is it still illegal to run them over if they get in your way when trying to get to/from the pumps?
If it is then it shouldn't be.
