    Not suprised. Robbing the taxpayer (well hydro customer in this instance) fits McSquinty's MO, to a T.

    Everything the Ontario Liberals touch seems to turn to absolute shit.

    I don't see how overpaying for power is, in any way, a good thing. Unless you happen to work for TransCanada, OPG, or Hydro One of course.
