Police are investigating the killings of two patients and an attempted murder in a Montreal hospital. Montreal police say two elderly patients were suffocated at Notre-Dame Hospital– one on June 16 and the other last Thursday.
"Thanks to the vigilance of the management and our employees, information was given to investigators about two deaths from apparent natural causes in the same period," Yvan Gendron, Notre-Dame Hospital's associate director general, told reporters on Wednesday.
