    Why is this piece of shit allowed to reject anything. The only thing he should be rejecting is the lead injection he so greatly deserves.

    I didn't think this CS was in a position to accept or reject anything. If he did what he did south of the border he might well be on Death Row.

    He might reject giving her anything, but those victim's funds aren't his to control from my understanding (admittedly limited) of the system.
