A Texas father may have been within his rights when he beat a man to death after allegedly catching him in the act of molesting his four-year-old daughter.

I might've killed the son of a b...h too.
"To the Texas Dad that beat the creep to death for molesting his 4yo daughter, where would you like the Father of the Year trophy sent to?" asked @TheMichaelRock.
"Brenda" said I doubt he intended to kill the guy. It reads like he was protecting his daughter, accidentally killing her molester.
I agree Brenda, it sounds like he was probably seeing red and just started beating the guy. Still can't say I blame him, I don't have children but I do have a younger brother and a niece and if I ever found out someone was molesting them I might "accidentally" kill the guy myself...And thats said with pre-thought, I can't imagine the rage of walking in and seeing something like that happening in front of my eyes, I don't think I could stop myself from jumping on the f..kers head.
"2Cdo" said Well, I'm not sure about Texas but that would get a father a year or two of jail time here. Worth it though, I'd imagine.
Your first sentence is exactly whats wrong with our "legal" system, because rarely is there any justice for victims.
Agreed though I think it's honest to say that when at least I say justice for the victim, I'm meaning vengeance.
In other words, I want to be satisfied in the amount of pain and anguish the law is inflicting on the bad guy before I can feel that justice has been served.

Damn right, get him a big trophy.
