Those Air Force guys – some of them, at least – are so uncouth. Now they’re complaining about the artwork gracing Air Force hallways inside the Pentagon. Take this painting, for example. “It looks like the F-16 just bombed the Pentagon,” one sighs private

    I see what they went for there, and the pictures are quite well done... but the perspectives these paintings in which are rendered really do look like strafing/bombing runs by these aircraft... Still proud as hell to have these ANGuard pilots and planes on duty, but the pictures are a little off

    Well, gee Jeff... you mean they WEREN'T painted to depict an ACTUAL strike? :roll:

    Although the Eagle could certainly carry more than is pictured:



    It's a first-impression reaction to the framing of the pictures, not an actual condemnation for depicting some internet loon's conspiracy theory...

    Just pointing out that doesn't really look like the aircraft did an attack as there is no missing ammunition.

    No worries, but do you see how the framing MAY have that at first glance? I'm a big Air Force buff myself and I love looking at jets and their armaments :rock:

    Yup, but something like that would usually make you do a double take and realize the ammo is all there.
