Police have confirmed that a man whose dead body was partially eaten by a bear near Kamloops, B.C. was a convicted murderer who had been reported missing last week.

    Why? the guy who the bear ate was charged for killing someone who had been accused of raping a family member.

    And found not guilty by the court.
    Wagner and two others were charged in 1993 with killing a Langley, B.C., man who they believed had sexually assaulted a family member.

    Parole documents show the murder victim was charged with sexual assault, but was found not guilty shortly before he was killed.

    True enough though why was he found not guilty? Because he didn't do it or because of a technicality?

    True enough though why was he found not guilty? Because he didn't do it or because of a technicality?
    From what I can find, Kohlman was cleared of allegations of sexual assault.

    Basically, it does not say anywhere why he was found not guilty. It does say that Wagner was not one of the friendliest people on earth...
