I was not affected but a lot of people that live near by in the Northwood area were some in Westfort & Intercity were too but the worst hit area was the East End.
Thunder Bay has to get the new pumps in place at the Water Treatment Plant before things will really start to get back to normal and the question of responsibility???...Hmmm...
I have an uncle in the East End had about 5ft of sewer water backed up in his basement things are looking pretty shitty in the south end of town to say the least.
People are pretty pissed off without electricity, running water, can't cook, have no food, can't shower etc...
