When the public land became private land, who compensated the anglers for their loss and how?

How is it possible that the governmnet will not leave a public trail between one public property and another, are they expecting people to fly like birds?

Why is this ***** stocking a public lake with fish and then blaming anglers for "stealing his fish"!

Outrageous, I would take a huge excavator and destroy all roads to the property of that idiot. Just to send a message to him and this crazy corrupt government!

It's been lonstanding in BC that even if you buy up all the land around a lake, you don't own the lake and can't block access to it.
The rules when I grew up were that you had to close gates behind you, stay away from cattle and not wander on the private property. Fished many lakes like that in the Kamloops/Merrit area, the Cariboo and I remember a good one near Rock Creek/Bridesville.
The province should tell this Yank he ain't in America, clear those roads.
