Clashes between anti-police brutality protesters and riot squads left behind a trail of destruction in Montreal Thursday night after demonstrators smashed shop windows and vandalized police cruisers.

Whatever happened to all those peaceful protests I went to when I was in University?
I don't remember seeing 1 act of violence during those sit-ins.

Yeah, that's right! I was a peace-loving hippie with hair down to my ass.
