China calls Tibetan immolators criminals, outcasts

Chinese officials sought Wednesday to discredit Tibetans who have set themselves on fire to protest China's rule over their region, calling them outcasts, criminals and mentally ill people manipulated by the exiled Dalai Lama.

    Hunan and Sichuan are pretty spicy... but the other Chinese styles, and there are quite a few, are fairly mild in general.

    I've tried quite few. My least favourite is Shanghai cuisine....way too oily.
