As to Wal Mart's abuses the best site I've come across is definitively leftist in nature but I'll give them credit for being thorough to the point that people on Free Republic who hate Wal Mart cite references off of the site:

I guess even that's not true - management in Walmart (like my buddy's wife) do quite well - doubt they would find better work elsewhere with what they bring to the table. We can't all have cushy jobs for the government we like to rail against.
