A federal judge for the first time in U.S. history heard arguments Monday in a case that could determine whether animals enjoy the same constitutional protection against slavery as human beings.

If we killed off every member of PETA the average IQ of the world would double.

I don't what's more pathetic, the twits from PETA or the moron judge that actually wasted time entertaining these lack-wits.

Brushing animals off as property is the same argument that was used against African-Americans and women before their constitutional rights were protected, PETA says.

Oh how nice. Comparing women and Black people to animals.
What next? Gonna try and fight for animal rights to vote?

Miller listened to both sides for an hour before announcing that he would take the case under advisement and issue his ruling at a later date.

What's there to figure out? He should have told PETA right there and then they're out of their minds and then fined them for wasting the courts time.
