According to first-hand accounts by several sources in Jordan, during the last few hours foreign military groups, estimated at hundreds of individuals, are spreading near the Jordanian and Syrian border. Another report received from our source in Amman id

    I can't find any trustworthy sources for this, and even if it is happening, it doesn't mean that there will be an attack.

    It could happen, but I don't see why they would contribute ground forces here but not in Libya.

    The article says the troops are NATO troops, so some Canadians could be there too.

    "Hundreds" of troops does not equal "massing". And given the Arab proclivity to exaggerate it's probably six Belgians wearing khaki outifts driving old Toyota Land Cruisers and in the retelling that's being turned into 100 US armored divisions replete with tanks and landing craft to ford all of those massive rivers in the Jordanian desert.
