Lawmakers on the bipartisan 12-member “super committee” said they are not giving up ahead of a looming Wednesday deadline. But they appeared to be stepping up their blame game in the event they do not reach an agreement

Getting these guys to agree on the color of shit would be an accomplishment.

To expect them to do anything meaningful is wildly optimistic.

Watching Congress in action is like watching Planet of The Apes.

I would like to see them all defeated and start over.

Unless you don't plan on having a vote, the same clowns would get back in. Most of your Congress gets re-elected time after time, so even tho the voters say they don't have any use for congress, they just looooooove their own reps and sens. Because they bring home the bacon.

I can't believe that some of these so-called politicians are adamant about destroying the United States economy over nothing more than a partisan pissing match. Do these idiots realize that if the economy fails they will, more than likely, be out of a job. Why can't these morons put the future of the country ahead of their lobby groups and, what seems to be, an ingrained hatred of their political adversaries. Time for all of the United States to do the right thing and kick these fools to the curb and move the government a little farther west just like their forefathers declared. If it doesn't work have the balls to work together and fix it before you become a third world nation. You have already lost the respect of alot of other countries.

It's anarchism. These Republican congressmen are acting EXACTLY like the Occupy Wall Street punks. Anarchists.

I haven't seen self-destructiveness this bad since the Democrats wouldn't even discuss Bush's immigration plan. That wasn't very long ago unfortunately.
