Huh, and yet enough people here had something to say about that backbencher wanting to ensure it was legal to fly the flag anywhere in Canada.
This isn't the first incident involving our flag either.

So, on the odd chance someone that has a problem with the Canadian flag is reading this, fuck off and/or leave for someplace where you don't have to be insulted by having a maple leaf "in your face".
That's OUR symbol. Don't like it, tough shit!

Yes, After reading this you see why there is interest in the law making it legal to fly the Canadian flag legal anywhere in Canada. This is why and I agree if one cannot stand the Maple LEaf "in your face" in Canada then please leave.

We have the same horse shit in The States where in some California schools students aren't allowed to wear the American flag as it is considered an insult to the Mexicans.
The solution to the offended Mexicans and to the Offended Quebec separatists is the same just leave.

If I were living up there I might be tempted to plant a Canadian Flag on his lawn in the middle of the night. The mayor might think of it as a terrorist act.

On second though never mind the middle of the night how about first thing in the morning with trumpets blasting.

I say let him remove the Canadian flag. And then let Parliament prohibit Canadian to his town.

Last time I checked Quebec was part of Canada so flying the Canadian flag on Canadian soil shouldn´t be a problem but you know I´ve read about these Quebecois separatists they like to whine a lot about France and Canada and sometimes the U.S.

    France doesn´t care about them.

Only people who care about the separatists are: other separatists and politicians.
