The woman was released w/o charges. The guy was charged with public intoxication and issued a fine. So no.

I was down there attending the ceremony. That woman had a megaphone? Just barely heard some yelling and didn't give it any attention. Didn't know about the other guy.

    Stealing poppy boxes.
    Vandalizing cenotaphs.
Aggressively advertising nightclub parties for shallow assholes: "Get so drunk you won't Remember anything!".
Disrupting memorial ceremonies over completely stupid and unrelated political issues.

Seriously, what's with Remembrance Day that it's become such an easy target for so many ignorant, rotten, and utterly soul-less people? 8O

It's the wankers that see Remembrance Day and our military as some right-wing glorification of war. They link the military with neo-cons etc and can't see past their own narrow viewpoints.

Those of us who have seen the suffering that war causes see no glory. The blinkered 'activists' don't realise that.

Only a psychopath loves the butchery you find in war.

Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori.
