    Compared to Vancouver, that's peanuts. In Vancouver it's `1 million. Meanwhile, median income in the 'Peg is 70k, in Vancouver it's 68k. So Peggers don't have much to complain about.

    Yeah, even when I graduate I am not buying a house until this bubble bursts and some foreclosed ones come up for sale.

    It might make it harder for first timers, but that's a lot of wealth created from thin air in the last 10 years for the rest of us.
