Add the name Adam Gadahn to the list. He is another American born Jihadist Muslim who needs to meet his event horizon before he kills people.
I want these guys gone just as much as anyone, but there has to be a better way. Maybe charge them and say they died resisting arrest or something.

Like I said in another thread.
Charge them with treason, which is punishable by death, try them in absentia (cause I'm pretty sure they wouldn't show up to defend themselves) find them guilty and bingo. 1 Predator strike later everythings done clean and legal.
Which, when you think about it is alot more sane than having a bunch of bureaucrats sentence someone to death, cause we all know that bureaucrats will at some point during their tenure screw something up severely.
