This sick piece of shit gets off too easy. This guy should have all his guns and ammo confiscated, get some jail time and like any other foreign criminial, should be banned from ENTERING Canada, not just hunting here for 3 years.

Nice to see the Sun's headline writers perpetuating a narrative. They left out "gun-toting" though.

This guy is a total asshole and is getting off light with the Canadian judicial system, at least when he gets back to the US he's going to be doing some jail time along with a more substantial fine for his antics there.

In June, Foiles pleaded guilty in the U.S. to violating federal wildlife laws and is slated to be sentenced on Sept. 21 to 13 months in jail and a $100,000 fine.

It reminds me of those Eastern Europeans who come to Britain and kill and eat our swans.

But we have to allow them in, apparently, because soon we'll be part of the same country.
