Libyan executioner says she killed 11 rebels

A 19-year-old woman shackled to a bed and under guard in a Tripoli military hospital is accused of executing as many as 11 anti-Gadhafi fighters after being ordered to shoot them at point-blank range.

The woman said she initially resisted when she was ordered to shoot the prisoners, but was threatened with death herself if she didn't comply.
