North Korea says it will resume talks with the US on repatriating the remains of troops killed during the Korean War, after a six-year halt.

    It is amazing with what money will buy.

    I would prefer to see the "emergency aid" be in the form of MOAB on his palaces and yacht though.

    I don't know about the missing soldiers but I would rather my remains be left in the mud rather than be used as a bargaining chip by a spiky haired maniac.

    I agree. The idea that we are shelling out money to this dog eating pygmy for this is a bit nauseating. I would prefer to see the 'EMERGENCY' aid sent in the form of a cruise missile attack on his palaces and yacht.
