SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea threatened Wednesday to bolster its nuclear arsenal in response to annual U.S.-South Korean military drills that Pyongyang calls a rehearsal for invasion.

    We went into Iraq because of weapons of mass destruction. North Korea is more of a threat. Something bad needs to happen to that country.

    Hey, let's re-unify Korea, turn the north into a demilitarized free-trade zone and ask the UN to authorize Chinese peace-keepers to save the place from a despot ruler. See if Russia dares to veto.
