City of Westminster magistrates heard yesterday that one of those allegedly involved in rioting in St John?s Wood, London, where diners in a restaurant were attacked, was second-year law student Marouane Rouhi, 21.

No doubt many of the rioters who joined the mobs on the UK’s streets this week believed there was safety in numbers and they would never face justice. Only now are they dis covering that everything in life has a consequence.
