Scientists are reporting the first clear success with a new approach for treating leukemia — turning the patients' own blood cells into assassins that hunt and destroy their cancer cells.

    In that movie, cancer was cured by manipulating a virus to kill cancer cells.
    In this story, they're genetically modifying cells inside the body to kill cancer cells.

    Not the same thing... at all. :wink:
