Rumors are spreading quickly that radioactive materials were accidentally leaked from a state-of-the-art Chinese nuclear submarine moored in Dalian Port in Liaoning Province in the northeastern part of China.

Apparently the Chinese are using the same quality controls that they use when they manufacture goods for exports, such as the garbage the manufacture for WalMart.
Further proof that the rhetoric around increases in Chinese defence spending are nothing more than alarmist. I'll be worried when they can build a sub that isn't leaky. It took the Soviets close to 30 years to build reliable nuke subs and I'm guessing it'll take China at least that long, if not longer.
