    This was my first ship, spent two years on her before they decommissioned her. I dont know how many Fish Pats and Sov Pats we did those two years but we were only home on weekends every three weeks....god I miss sailing on her!!

    No doubt - there is no way the federal government would let them sink this ship there if there was any danger whatsoever. The epic clean-up the HMCS Huron underwent is an example of how thorough this clean-up will be.

    I would pass by Annapolis daily while waiting for the blue boat. Always thought it was a disgrace to keep her sitting like that. I know the fleet diving school uses her to practice hull searches, but it's still a shame in my book.
