From the photo of her that was distributed, one has to wonder how she managed to contract it at all. Bow-wow. I mean not a 4 or 5 beer ugly, we are talking 26 of tequila .

For those with morbid curiousity, since she's a minor, all stories related to this have been removed from the web.

    So, Google Cache takes over:

If that person dies, yes. Just had the first case like that go down and he was deemed a habitual offender.

Attempted murder. Until the person dies as a direct result of being infected by her.
Chances are she will be dead WAY before that tho. And double jeopardy is not done, so either they wait with charging her with murder until the one infected by her is dead, or it would be attempted murder.

Better than that! Must have escaped from a Hutterite colony, or Calgary.

She's only HIV, not AIDS positive. And from what I hear, these days people can live long lives being HIV pos.

Sure, with 25 different pills per meal. Have fun with that one!
It is a crime to have sex with someone and NOT telling them you are HIV positive.

Wonder why, since according to you, HIV is not a big deal?

I didn't say it was no big deal. I did say that she may not be dead so soon as you indicated.
